I'm not usually one to find something on Facebook and just book it. With the way the world is right now, I tend to trust no one. But I decided to take a chance and book a car service to pick my family up in Philadelphia and take us to Newark Airport—and I’m so glad I did.

From pickup at our home to the airport drop-off and back again, everything was seamless and convenient. The car was spotless, the ride was comfortable, and I honestly felt like a million bucks. The drivers were kind, courteous, and showed true hospitality.

Communication with the company was excellent—they responded quickly to my texts and kept in touch throughout the entire trip. Optimus Shuttle truly helped make our trip stress-free and memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

I recently used Optimus Fleets for a round trip: home to 30th Street Station and back - and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Both trips were perfectly on time, which gave me peace of mind, especially for my train departure.

Both my drivers (Shah and Han) were professional, courteous, and friendly - and made the ride feel safe and comfortable. Both vehicles were new, clean, and well-maintained, which added to my enjoyable experience.

Booking was quick and straightforward, with no hassles or confusion. Everything about the process was smooth and efficient.

Just used Optimus for the first time for an airport shuttle and what a great experience. A friend recommended them. Professional, friendly, van was spotless, on time. Everything you are looking for in a car service. They supplied boosters and car seat for my grandchildren. Going to book them again for an out-of-town wedding. Our driver Han was the best!!!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Took my family of six to the Philly Airport, driver was very engaging and courteous. Things went off without a hitch. Coming back from a two week vacation, our family was split up on the return flight back with two different flights. (Cruise assigned flights) To make matters worse, half of us were hit with an extended delay. They were able to send two vehicles at different times, rather than make us wait with the larger initially reserved vehicle. The wife and I agree, we will be using this service for all of our future travel needs. Well done guys.

Wonderful ride experience. Vick brought me to the airport. Ride was booked for 3:30 am and he showed up on time, inside of the car was extremely clean and was nice enough to stop at Wawa so I could get some snacks for the 6 hour plane ride. If you need a ride from somewhere, this company is relativity cheap and will get you to exactly where you need to be when you need to be there.

We used Optimus this past weekend to transport a large group from Philadelphia Airport to Downtown Philadelphia.
We had a Mercedes Sprinter van and a car.
Both were top of the line vehicles. We had two infants & they provided car seats, which was fantastic so we didn’t have to bring ours. This was a huge plus. The vehicles were spotless and well maintained. Our drivers were professional , on-time and helpful.

I recently used Optimus Fleet Airport Transportation for a round-trip to and from Philadelphia International Airport, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication with the owners was seamless—clear, responsive, and very easy to coordinate with. Even when our flights were delayed, the driver remained incredibly patient and made sure we didn’t have to wait outside in the rain. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.

Both vehicles used for the trip were spotless, luxurious, and very comfortable—definitely a step above what you'd expect from typical ride services. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free.

I had an incredible experience with this company truly one of the best rides I’ve ever had. From the moment we got in the car, they were warm, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable. Second time my husband and I used Optimus Fleets for our transportation to and from the airport for our vacation. The drivers are always on time (actually arrive about 10 minutes before pick up time) and are always checking on flight times in case there are any changes to when you need to be picked up. They message you to let you know they are there to pick you up and the drivers are always courteous as well. You never feel rushed when they are transporting you to and from the airport. After not needing them for a trip in November, their courteous cancellation response lead me to use them for my Christmas trip from Philadelphia to Cancun and even for my return when I could have gotten a ride. Optimus car service was excellent! They were on time, very professional and courteous. The ride to and from Philadelphia airport was comfortable and spacious in their Suburban. Our driver was so nice and kind. Our flight home was the day after the “Microsoft Outage” They kept track of our flight status and they re-assured us they would be at airport no matter what time our flight arrived. We felt confident to arrive home safely. I 100% recommend Optimus!
